Rick Morris - Founder and President
Mr. Morris brings two decades of technology and compliance experience to CallEvo. He has engineered the installation of call center platforms in five different countries, on four different continents in a variety of regulatory environments. In addition, as a pioneer in the VoIP industry he provided the vision for the hosted delivery of call center services. Under his direct supervision as the COO of TouchStar Software, the first cloud based call center application in the industry, TouchStar became the fastest growing call center company. Rick provides the technological and operational vision that drives CallEvo towards the highest compliance standards and changed the automated dialing industry. He’s an active member in his community and holds number of board positions both inside and outside of the call center industry. Mr. Morris holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado.
Saul Diaz - Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Diaz is an internationally acclaimed VoIP and telecommunications expert. As a founding partner and the visionary behind the CallEvo next generation platform, Mr. Diaz has managed the development of some of the most complex telecommunication projects spanning five continents and multiple countries.In addition to his development expertise, Saul has designed his own gateways, created virtual server management tools, and developed a number of hosted call center solutions with predictive dialing, IVR, call routing and voice broadcasting. His skills, work ethic and dedication to his team has enabled CallEvo to continuously deliver technological advancement with scalability and reliability.
Barbara Brooks - Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Passionate and solutions-based specialist with a career spanning 24 years she has driven strategic planning, sales and sales management, MarCom, brand management and public relations at previous local and national companies.
Prior to joining CallEvo, Brooks was Founder and Managing Partner of a high-producing marketing and PR boutique firm in Denver where she led the sales and marketing team. She holds board and volunteer positions for children and women's charities and prides herself on being a Colorado State University RAM. Barbara has a thirst for continued education and takes courses from Wharton School of Business.
